What How

Our goal is to pay for this 5.5 million dollar project within three years. Pledges from the church family of 3.9 million dollars will be required. It will take a God-sized step of faith for all of us, but it can be done! The key is equal sacrifice, not equal giving. If everyone does something, and does it with a sacrificial spirit, God will honor our faith and grant us our heart’s desire!

We’ve chosen Dalke Construction to serve as General Contractor. They estimate construction, once begun, will be completed within a year or less. To cover the cost of our building as pledges are paid over a three-year period will require a “bridge” loan of approximately 2 million dollars.
In this our Lord has also provided. Funding through a private foundation has been arranged. Our 3.9 million dollar goal includes provision for interest and unrealized pledges.
